My name is Richard Lewis Accetta-Evans.  My name at birth was Richard Lewis Evans.  My father was Maurice Wilbur Evans and my mother was Eleanor May (Voak) Evans.

I am particularly interested in my Voak ancestors and especially in the ancestors of Rachel (Dyer) Voak, wife of John Voak.   I am interested in whether Rachel (Dyer) Voak may have been a descendant of Mary Dyer, the English Quaker executed in Boston, Massachusetts in the 17th century.

Hi Richard,

From your Mom's profile, click on RootsSearch, then on FamilySearch (there may be login prompts, but it's free):

Here is the 1915 NY Census, parents Clayson & Verna

"New York State Census, 1915", database, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:K95V-LF5 : 3 June 2022), Eleanor Voak in entry for Clayson Voak, 1915.

Her marriage record, 1930 & 1940 Census are there as well.

Also from her profile, click on the search button at the top next to her last name.  You will see there are 13 Voaks in WT, and a list of relate surnames.  Hopefully, you can connect to some of those existing profiles.

Happy researching!
