I would like to add Thomas Southey (Sowthey) and just wanted to check to see if there are any objections?

He is the father of George Southey/Sowthey (Southey-572).

He is mentioned in his father Lawrence's will (Culmstock Devon, probate date 20 Nov 1646).

On 19 June 1654 he married Mary Hellings in Culmstock, Devon.

His will was proved on 11 December 1680. It records him living in Burlescombe, Devon. Various people are recorded in the will:-

Peter and John Southey (Brothers)

George Hilling (Brother in Law)

Mary Southey (Wife)

John, Thomas, George, Lawrence, William, Robert, Peter, Richard and Mary Southey (Children).

For the wills mentioned above I will be using scans of the original documents on www.ancestry.com. The marriage is from a scan of the parish records on the Devon Family History Society Website.
