Any Objections to Adding George Southey(Sowthey) Married 5Nov1687

Question

I would like to add George Southey. Please let me know if there are any objections.

I will be using the following scans of the original documents on Ancesty.co.uk: -

Will of his father, Thomas Southey of Burlescombe, Devon (probate date 11 Dec 1680).

The parish records of Wellington, Somerset showing  his marriage on 5 Nov 1687 ("George Sowthey of Burlescombe Devon and Faith Marsh") and the baptism of the following children

Thomas 11 Dec 1692

George 19 Apr  1697

George 24 Mar 1694/5

Mary 12 Apr 1691

James - where do you plan to add the profile of George? Is there an active profile manager who might object?  In your questions, you might add the URL for the profile you want to link to.

It's clear that you have a good understanding of appropriate sources for this period, so it's unlikely that anyone would be objecting on that score.

I think Genealogy Help might be a better category for the sort of questions you're interested in, rather than Tree House.

Thank you for your response and kind words, in future I will put such posts under the Genealogy Help heading.

Alas, there is currently no other profile to link to, however, I remain confident that working slowly out from this George I will eventually be able to link to the main tree and hopefully other Southey/Sowthey profiles I have been working on.
