adding family members

Question

I've been putting people in my area on wikitree for over two years now. Sometimes I can't add family members because they are blocked. The message appears: "You are not on the Trusted List". But still the profile says: "No more info is currently available for (...). Can you add to his biography?" and first-hand knowledge. I write 'comments', but they are not responded to. How do I deal with this?

Hi Kees, the profile manager has a statement on their own profile:

"It migh be obvious if you look at my activity but if not: I'm not really active here on wikitree (understatement ;)). In short; I do not edit profiles anymore! If anything needs to be changed please request access and change it yourself... Mostly I process the requests within a day"

Have you requested access? If you have and they haven't responded, there is an unresponsive profile manager process: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Unresponsive_Profile_Managers
