I've added a translation to my answer. The only thing missing is the name of the pastor.

Septemb.

Sponsus Hans Philip Ber
Sponsa Eva Margret. Kreger
[...] decanus et parochus
Testis Joanes Adamus Kreger
Testis Georg Michael Englert

And my translation:

September
Johannes[sic] Berr, citizen of Kuhardt, and Eva Margaretha Kreger
On the 21st day of September in the year 1795, in the presence of the Church, in the presence of witnesses, Johannes Philipp Berr, a citizen of Kuhardt, and Eva Margaretha Kreger, the legitimate daughter of Johann Adam Kreger, a citizen, and Maria Elisabetha Müller, his spouse, got legally married. So I testify.

Husband: Johann Philipp Berr
Wife: Eva Margaretha Kreger
Dean and pastor: [...]
Witness: Johann Adam Kreger
Witness: Georg Michael Englert

I would add:

- ... juncti sunt...

- Joanis Adami Kreger

- ... ita testor.

- Testis Joanis Adamus Kreger
Thanks, Dieter. I've edited my answer accordingly.
Very kind of you to do that. Much appreciated! Could you tell me though is Joes just and abbreviation of Joannes? and what does Hans mean??
Joes is a very common abbreviation of Johannes, in both Latin and German records. Hans is just a short form of Johann/Johannes, too.

Why the husband is called "Johannes" at the top, and "Johann(es) Philipp" later, I don't know. A mistake by the pastor, most likely.
