Records for this time period are not available online, someone would have to physically go to the Paris Archives. And that's if they even married in Paris, which the website doesn't specify.

Edit: actually scratch that, you wouldn't have access to it at all, it's too recent. She is still alive and it would be a major break of privacy to just give anyone access to her marriage certificate.
