If you mean Matilda of England, who was the daughter of Henry I, then yes: there are 92 lines of descent according to WikiTree. I briefly looked at several of the lines and they all have one or more relationships marked uncertain.

Before accepting these as proven the documentation for each step should be reviewed. I have looked at a number of medieval pedigrees and all too frequently the documentation is pretty thin.

I am not sure who you have in mind. Maud (Beauchamp) de Clifford - https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Beauchamp-1344 - lived in the 14th century and was not Empress or "Lady of the English". Empress Matilda, wife of Holy Roman Emperor Henry V and Geoffrey d'Anjou/Plantagenet, lived from 1102 to 1167 and has a profile here - https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Normandie-40.

In a separate answer, George Fulton has given good advice about the need to verify what is shown on WikiTree.
