Trying to add grand parents. Get a ststement of not on trust list of Smith 1 ???

Can you give me a few more details?

Are you trying to create a new profile, or add an existing profile as a grandparent?

If you are creating a new profile, is there anything entered into part A of the form?

Are you using any WikiTree browser extensions?

Hi Matthew,

Welcome Back to WikiTree. Smith-1 shows that it is a closed profile that is also listed as private. You may wish to consult the help menu, and your Greeter. You may also consider upgrading your membership to Wike Genealogist. This will allow for greater access to profiles. Step three of membership, like step one and two are free.

Sounds like there's a bug.
