How Do I Edit a previous DNA Test or updated the test to Y700?

I just received the results for Y700. I would like to update the DNA Test from Y-DNA to Y700. How do I go about doing this?

Go to the profile of the person who took the test. Click on their ID tab (next to "Add" at top of page") and then click on DNA, and then the "DNA Tests" tab.
