hello Anthony,
Took a look for records for Flavie Lemoine and Lucie (Lucy probably) Clark, I find 2 baptisms of their children in this province (Québec),
the first is dated 14 August 1849 in Stanstead, the child named Olive, born 16 July, the parental residence listed as Barnston.

The second is dated 20 June 1858, the child named Mary Agnes Moine, born December 1857 in Morgan Vermont (listed as 6 months old).

The son you have for them is currently listed as being born in Compton, but I believe this to be an error, he is born in March but the baptism is only done in August. Which denotes that they didn't live nearby, and the baptism of his sister Mary Agnes in 1858 would support this notion. The practice being to baptize children as soon as possible.
By the way, the man's name got written Flavie on his son's baptism, but on the others is Flavien, which is actually the male version of the name, Flavie being the female version.
