New member introducing myself

Question

hey my name is Preston Blais but my grandmother's maiden name on my dads side is major I believe growing up she's told me that Léo Major is her great uncle or is my great uncle i cant recall what it was exactly but im having a hard time finding a family tree of even his 4 kids family tree, if anyone knows where to find a better family all help is appreciated. on the other hand i wil look through the basement for familyl trees that she may have. have a great day everyone

I don't now if you know about the Find A Grave Memorial site, but it's a good place to look. Fair Warning: you can go from feast to famine there! You can either get FIVE HUNDRED possible matches or ZERO. And once you get into the Memorials, you can get the same results; no matches or ONLY that 1 person on the page. Others have their lines run out on each others Memorial pages in some cases, back to 1700, or earlier, here in the US.
