WikiTree won't let me change my mother from living to dead [closed]

My mother passed away today.  WikiTree won't let me add her death date and place because she says in her profile that she's living.  Yes, she WAS living.  She can't change the setting in her profile.  Because she's not living.

Here's the error message I get when I try to add her death:
"This person has data indicating they are both living (Active WikiTree User) and not living (Death Date 2021-11-29, Death Date 'non-living', Death Place Farmington, Oakland, Michigan, United States, Death Location 'non-living')."

No "save anyway" option is provided by WikiTree.  I can't make the change even though I'm on her Trusted List.

My sincere condolences on your loss.

If your Mum was a Member, with an email attached to her profile, have you tried removing it?

Otherwise, this is the recommended action.

Yes, she has an email attached to her profile; no, I can't remove that email.

I have followed the directions on your "recommended action" link.  Thank you.
So sorry for your loss...

It looks like the sysops have closed her member account and recorded her as deceased.

Sorry for the loss of your mum, Kevin sad

you have to change the "blank because still living"-button into something else, then it will work.
