Lefebvre-1933 passed away, an error shows he is still living because his Profile is active on his end?

Question

I am the profile manager and I am unable to change his status, can someone help or did it for me.  He had told me before he passed his information can still remain public including DNA.

be sure to remove his email address on his profile, that should end his active status

Wiki Admin made his email inactive for not using it when he was in the hospital, so I am unable to change it.  I initially tried to do that.  As the manager, I have no access to do that, I was hoping internally who inactivates access, can list him as deceased too.
