Might you know what parish they were in?  or their birthdates?

Births, marriages and deaths were not required to be kept until the mid 1840's in Ireland however there are some parishes that do have earlier records.  There are only fragments of the census' for 1831, 1841 and 1851 because of insurrection, famine, etc.  The shipping records are usually kept by the country they immigrated too.  So any information you can get from where they immigrated too or family stories or occupations, etc. can help to find something about them.  Remember that at this time there was over 8 million people in Ireland with hundreds of people with the same name and  they were in the midst of the famine with thousands dying. Having said that many have been located.
Marriage was solemnised at Algred place parish Belfast county Antrim 1846 Presbyterrian church

I have a copy of entry in marriage registration

Colin McCullough

I think you mean Alfred Place/Street, which is now                    FITZROY CHURCH 2008

Fitzroy Avenue Church was built in 1872-1874 as the new premises for the congregation then located at Alfred Street (opened in 1837) and previously located at premises in Alfred Place (opened in 1821)

So who are his/her parents?  Who are the witnesses?  That sometimes helps. It looks like the parish records go back to 1821.  Are you able to look through the baptisms, deaths, etc.  to find relations? I now they are available at PRONI but still looking for somewhere on line that might have them.

You are very fortunate, presbyterian ministers were not allowed to solomize marriages until 1845 so many records of burials, marriages, etc were done by the Church of Ireland up until that time.
