If a member sends me a private message through the Wikitree site rather than to my email address included with my message to them, where do I go on Wikitree to view their message and send a reply?

Private messages are sent via email and are not stored at WikiTree. You will see the email address of the sender.

Messages posted on your profile are public and copies of those messages are sent to you by email. You should then follow the link to reply to the comment online (or send a private message if you prefer).

You don't go anywhere on WikiTree to view the message.  You will have received the entire message by email.  WikiTree just takes a message someone writes and sends it to your email address (without showing your email address to the person who wrote the message).

You can send a reply from your email program, just like you would to any other email message you get.  Please note, though, that when you reply, your email address will be visible to the person you send it to.
