What is the meaning of obef. 55?

When 4-year-old Vilma is to rejoin her father and mother in the United States she will be accompanied by her aunt Margaret. The household book which describes this uses the abbreviation ebef. 55 23 The 23 refers to the year they are leaving but what does ebef. 55 mean?  While you are helping me out, what does sömmerska mean in line 13?

Obef. is an abbreviation for obefintlig. They were transferred to the list of people whose official address was in the parish but whose whereabouts where unaccounted for. Possibly they didn't let the parish record keeper know that they were leaving.

Sömmerska means seamstress.
