I read the post on new documents in Leiden about the Mayflower and other pilgrims and wondered if this nice website has been announced here as well.

https://www.timetransit.nl/

It is a project to recreate historic parts of Delfshaven in 3, 4 and 5D. And it is free smiley.

Tip: choose your language in the menu and then close it again.

While I haven't found any of my ancestors to be Dutch, I visited the site and checked it out. It is outstanding, even for someone like me who is not very 'techie.' Thank you for sharing!!

Please note: smartphone only
Another cool site! Thanks for pointing it out.

Fantastic link Michel.  Thank you very much.  Not only Delfshaven, but Leiden and other cities too!  I've saved it to go over again and again.

I'm excited, I'll bookmark this site. I didn't know until about 2 years ago I'm very Dutch. In fact I thought I was very Scottish with the name of Sutherland. Thanks
