Marion Whitecross was baptised on February 3, 1750, at North Berwick, Scotland.^[1]

On August 16, 1782, Marion Whitecross married William Burnet at North Berwick. William was from Whitekirk, and Marion was from North Berwick. The proclamation was made on August 1 at North Berwick, and on August 3 at Whitekirk.^[2][3]
