Note: Susannah (Northcott) is Elsie (Olson) Hagley's great-great-grandmother and I’m very proud of her, my husband John and I are farming inland from Urenui, it is very hard country especially with all the challenges with Mother Nature, flooding with the Urenui river, plus much more. I feel as though I’m reliving her life and cannot imagine the hardships she must have gone through with her large family, in those days there wasn’t all the modern gadgets and machinery that we now have in the 21 century. RIP my dear sweet Great-great-grandmother, my thoughts are with you.
