Inez Yates Ratliff, 69, of 2314 W. Straight Creek Road, Ash land, died Friday in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital.

Mrs. Ratliff was born Aug. 15, 1922, in Boyd County, a daughter of the late Henry and Rettie Darby Yates. Her hus band, Roland Ratliff, died in 1969.

She was a member of the Cannonsburg Baptist Church, Surviving are two sons, Ar

son Ratliff and Michael Ratliff, both of Ashland: two daugh ters, Donna Sue Dixon of Summit and Claudett Stap leton of Ashland; three broth ers, Robert Yates of Ashland, Milford Yates of Fowlerville, Mich., and Elzie Yates of Day ton, Ohio, a sister, Ethel Howard of Ashland: nine grandchildren: and seven great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be con ducted at 11 a.m. Monday at the Lazear Funeral Home in Ashland by the Rev. Stan Wil. liams. Burial will be in Shel ton Cemetery in Cannonsburg,

Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
