Charles was born on March 17, 1882, in New Holland, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, USA. [1] He was the third son and third child of Benjamin Weaver and Clara Haag.
Charles passed away on December 13, 1965 at the age of 73. He is buried in the Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, USA Plot: P-19, grave 5-6, Sunnyside. [3]
