After the death of his first wife, Elizabeth, Thomas Judd married second Clemence (Unknown) Mason, widow of Thomas Mason, in Northampton 12 Dec 1679.[1] Thomas Judd died in Northampton, 12 Nov 1688.[1] and Clemence, his second wife, died 22 Nov 1696 in Northampton.[1]
Sylvester Judd estimates that she died about 1678 while living in Farmington, Connecticut, but notes that her death was not recorded:[2]

The following was sent to the private messaging system on wikiTree.com, but it really belongs here:

My family records show that Elizabeth's surname was Gurney. She married Edmond Freeman (DOB 1590) ~1617.

Robert Charles Anderson in his "Great Migration" gives no surname for the wife Elizabeth. First marriage by about 1633 to "Elizabeth _____ (on 8 July 1669, John Winthrop Jr. treated 'Jud Eis[abeth] above 60 years wife of [blank] Jud Senior of Farmington.'"
I also received a message re wife of Edmond Freeman, saying it was in family records. I asked her to post any courses she had.
