Biography

Joseph Stanley, son of John A. Stanley Jr and Lucinda Angeline (Williams) Stanley, was born 28 March 1850 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky, United States. Birth date was from Find A Grave: Memorial #8222049 and the birth place was listed on his Marriage Bond.^[1][2]

On 1 December 1880 in Muhlenberg County, Kenucky, Joseph married Flozella Oglesby. Note, the marriage bond shows Joseph surname as "Standley". William Oglesby (Flozella's father) was listed as the Surety. ^[1]
