Biography

Frank Parks Smith, son of Alonzo Morton Smith and Susan Ann Dexter (Dewey) Smith, was born on 9 September 1878 in Connecticut.[1] He appeared on the census of 7 June 1880 in the home of his parents at Westerly, Washington, Rhode Island.[2] He was a machinist when he appeared on the census of 21 June 1900 in the home of his mother at Stonington, New London, Connecticut.[3]

He married Edna Wilbur, daughter of John Edward Wilbur and Mary Ann (Smith) Wilbur, in 1903 in New Jersey.[4][1]

Frank died in 1936 probably in Rhode Island and was buried at River Bend Cemetery, Westerly, Washington County, Rhode Island. His memorial has photos and links to those of family members.[1]
