Biography
Mary was born in 1864. She was the daughter of William Shriver and Roberta Lyon. Marylad
Mary never married and had no children.
She passed away on June 20, 1956,, at Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Pennsylvania, She was buried at St. Johns Cemetery in Westminster, Maryland. A memorial can be found on Find A Grave.

Living with him was his wife Cecelia B. Shriver, 40, and their children Robert L. Shriver, 18; Thomas F. Shriver, 16; Mary J. Shriver, 15; William Shriver, 13; John S. Shriver, 12; Roberta L. Shriver, 10; Andrew K. Shriver, 10; John L. Shriver, 6; and Sarah A. Shriver, 2.[1]
1900 U.S. federal census - In the 1900 census, William, 68, was a bookkeeper in Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland. Counted in the same household are his wife, Roberta, 58, and children Mary J., 35; Roberta L., 28; John L., 24; Sarah A., 22 and Emma T., 18. Also listed as a daughter is S.W. Shrimmer, 12. This is probably Susan Wilson Shriver who was actually 10 years old.[2]
