Research Notes from profile Sanders-15148
English records show that Anna is a direct descendant of William the Conqueror. [Hope Tillman Note]
Referred to as M. Anna Sanders in "Spes Alit Agricolam", which refers to her as widow of Christopher Tilghman in 1619.[3]
Death; aft 1619; Selling Parish, Kent Co., England
Disputed Spouse and Disputed Children
Anna/Anne Sanders (the daughter of Edward Sanders) did not marry Christopher Tilghman-6, the son of Nicholas Tilghman-7, as claimed in the publication “The Tillman Genealogy Spes Alit Agricolam” [5] for which there are no primary sources, she instead married Christopher TYLMAN-6 of Selling the son of Christopher Tilman/Tylman of Selling which is evidenced by the following primary sources:
Original parish register of St Augustine, Northbourne, Kent [6]
The Will of Edward Sanders of Minster made 1608 [7]
The Will of Christopher Tilman of Selling made 1599 [8]
As the above primary sources supporting "Disputed Spouse" show, Anne Sanders was not the wife of Christopher Tilghman-6 and therefore cannot be the mother of John Tilghman-137; Christopher Tilghman-5 and John Tilghman-205.
Anne was baptised on 29 January 1580/1 at Minster, Kent as the daughter of Edward Sanders
She married Christopher Tylman on 2 October 1598 at Northbourne, Kent .

I am a descendant of the Anna Sanders through the Tillman/Tilman line. Is there a way to upload my DNA into wikitree? I have a copy of it on my PC from Living DNA.
Reading the replies to the question "Help me understand how to upload Living DNA to DNA portal", the answer appears to be that it is not possible, 'Wikitree does NOT accept raw DNA data'.
Sanders-15148 and Sanders-3420 appear to represent the same person because: See Research Notes & comments of Anonymous Baker. Anna Sanders was the wife of Christopher Tylman (Tylman-6), not Christopher Tilghman (Tilghman-6).

"Anna (Sanders-3420) Tilghman has been incorrectly added as
1. The wife of Christopher Tilghman-6, the son of Nicholas and Jane Tilghman (see research notes added to Tilghman-6 profile)
2. The mother of John Tilghman-137; Christopher jr Tilghman-5 and John Tilghman-205
Anna (Sanders-3420) Tilghman is also a duplicate profile with Anne (Sanders-15148) Tylman, wife of Christopher Tylman-6, the son of Christopher Tylman.
In order to correct these profiles, I am proposing to
a. Disconnect Anna (Sanders-3420) Tilghman from ‘husband’ Christopher Tilghman-6 and ‘children’ John Tilghman-137; Christopher jr Tilghman-5 and John Tilghman-205
b. Instigate a merge between Anna (Sanders-3420) Tilghman and Anne (Sanders-15148) Tylman but retaining the surname Tylman which is the LNAB used for the baptism of Christopher Tylman-6; the marriage of Christopher with Ann Sanders; and the baptism of their children in Selling."
