Biography
In 1847-1848 John married off his three daughters, probably to save money. Sarah married Benjamin Solomon on 1 February 1847, followed by Elizabeth, who married Joseph Hollinshead on 15 December 1847, and on 29 December 1848 his youngest daughter Ann married Edward Bartlett [1].
