Vente Jean Rondeau, volontaire, engagé à l’Hôtel-Dieu de Québec, à Jean Pépin dit, Lachance, de St-Jean, I.O., de 36 pieds ½ de terre en une terre de 3 arpents sur moitié de l ’île, en la dite paroisse, joignant au sud ouest à l’acquéreur et au nord est à Bernard Letourneau. Au vendeur par succession de feu Pierre Rondeau, père et fils (23 mars 1712). Vol XIX pg 375 Notaire Louis Chambalon[1]

Ratification, par Jean Rondeau, de la vente qu’il a faite, étant mineur, à Jean Pepin, acquéreur (28 mars 1713) (Voir le 23 mars 1712).[1]
