Biography

Ella was born in 1856. She was the daughter of Christopher Rawson and Ellen Wright.

In 1879 she married Frederick Finch Mackenzie (1849-1934), son of Frederick William Mackenzie of Paddington, and his wife Mary Legge.

They lived in Eythorne, Kent.

They lived at Ramslade, Bracknell where Frederick was J.P. And High Sheriff for Berkshire in 1904.

They had children:

Rhona Rawson (1887) died infancy
Heneage Warren Rawson (1894) m Margaret Jean Maconochie
Christopher Frederick Rawson (1896-1941) unmarried

Prior to her death she lived at Bowson House, Cinderford, Gloucestershire.

She passed away in 1945. Probate to Heneage Warren Rawson Mackenzie.
