Biography

Clay is the son of Benjamin M Prentiss and Margaret Sodowsky.

Clay was born on 14 August 1860. He was not on the 1860 census, but appears here in 1870. Benjamin and second wife Mary Whitney were married in 1862.

Clay married Lydia Belle Spence between 1905 and 1910.

He is buried in Miriam Cemetery in Bethany, Missouri. [1]
