Biography

Eleanor Blanche Charpentier was born April 4, 1917. She was the daughter of the late John Pilch and the late Alvina Baade Pilch. She attended high school in Michigan before serving in the U.S. Air Force, where she met her husband.

She was an avid gardener and loved doing crossword puzzles.

She died at age 92 on Sept. 11, 2009, at Fenwick Landing Assisted Living in Waldorf, Maryland.

She was buried on Sept. 17 at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, Maryland.
