I come from a large, geneologically-invested family. We have groups online to discuss and keep records up to date for all descendents of Maud Stivers and Henry Oaks. They had a total of 13 children. I am descended from the youngest of those 13, William.
I was born in Barstow, California in 1987. I moved with my immediate family to Leesburg, Virginia in 1996. We then relocated to Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Charles Town, West Virginia, and Oak Island, North Carolina between the years of 2000 and 2004. I then moved to Tacoma, Washington, back to North Carolina, and then back to Virginia between 2007 and 2011.
In 2012, I met a wonderful man, and by 2013 we had moved in together. We were married in 2017. That same year my husband was offered a transfer for his job to Tokyo, Japan and we both jumped at the opportunity to experience a whole new world! We've been happily living in Tokyo ever since!
I am child-free by choice, but I do love my fur-babies:

We're doing our semi-annual check-in to ask whether you have made contributions to the project in the last six months?
Please note that it is a requirement for membership in the 1776 Project that you respond to this check-in. Please post your response as a reply to this message on your page, for convenience of record keeping.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Betty -- 1776 Project Leader
Best Regards,
Betty
I am checking in on behalf of the 1776 Project to announce the new project membership requirements and to verify that you are still interested in being a member of the project. All project members are being asked to join one of the project teams and also to make at least one project contribution every 6 months. We are also asking all project members to join the project's Google Group for project communications.
If you are interested in remaining with the Project, please reply to this comment or send me a message, request to join the Google Group, and let us know what team you would like to participate on.
We really appreciate your contributions on WikiTree, and thank you for all your hard work. If you have any questions, please ask. We would also love to hear any feedback you may have for the project.
I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Thanks for helping with Wikitree
Thanks for having a big heart and adopting the Orphaned Profiles. This After Adopting Orphans FAQ explains the special attention those profiles need.
We have an FAQ which show how to create citations for the records you are finding at Ancestry:
How to create stable Ancestry Links and how to use them as a citation
Let me know if you have any questions on how to find and record sources, merge duplicates, clean up gedcom biographies, and interpret the Suggestions report. I'm here to help!

We are sorry to lose you as a member of the Connectors Project, but we understand that life gets busy and interests shift. Please know that you will always be welcome to rejoin the project in the future if you wish.
Thank you so much for your participation; we genuinely appreciate it.

It has been a couple of weeks since we contacted you about your participation in the Connectors Project and as we haven't heard from you, we are following up to make sure you wish to remain a member. We understand that interests shift as we grow our shared tree and that some members may have moved on to projects more pertinent to the branches they are currently building. If this is the case for you, please let us know. If we do not hear back from you within the week, we will assume you have moved on to other things for the moment and remove you from the project. Please know that you will always be welcome to rejoin should your interests shift back in this direction. Thank you so much for your participation; we genuinely appreciate it. Michelle~ Volunteer Coordinator
On behalf of the Connectors Project Leaders, we are doing a six-month check-in with members. Please let us know if you are still active. If you are active, please let us know in which ways you are currently contributing to the project.
All of us at WikiTree would like to thank you for your contributions and hope that you are enjoying exploring your roots.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I love the charts and lists, they keep me organized and motivated =)
My brick wall page has an open Privacy setting, so feel free to click on Edit if you decide to do your own, and copy the style. Thank you for taking your time, and for looking for all sources!

Nice bio!

Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, coordinating with others is essential.
For the Norton ancestors I suggest this: Massachusetts project, part of United States History project. For a badge, sign up with the leader, Ellen Smith on g2g.
Or use the Pre-1700 Projects list, located at the top of your page, 4th topic on right, under <Find> and <Projects>.
For questions, just ask on my page.

Glad to have you on the Massachusetts Project of the US History Project. I see youre already following both projects. Go ahead and add {US History|sub-project=Massachusetts} (use double { } at each end) above your bio. I dont know if youve found it, but ma-vitalrecords.org is a great source for pre-1850 Massachusetts records, and archive.org has most of the vital record books that were published. Holler if you need any help. Bob
You've been a member for about a week so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. Have the How-Tos been helpful or left you with questions? Most of us have questions after all that information!
I want to help! Click my name, send me a private message or ask in the comment section of my page. Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile. The links will work from there.
