Josiah Lakin, born 14 Sept. 1675, resided in Groton. He died in 1723, between 14 May,'when be gave a deed, and 14 Nov., when his widow was appointed administratrix. He married, 12 Dec. 1704, Lucy ____. The date is from Butler's History of Groton, but her surname does not appear.^[2][3]
