Nathan (25) married Mary Green (18) (born about 1738 in Westerly, Washington; daughter of Amos Greene Sr. and Amy (Knowles) Greene) on April 18, 1757 in Charlestown, Rhode Island. Their children were:

Nathan died on April 20, 1821 in Charlestown, Washington County, Rhode Island, United States, aged about 89.[1]
