Biography

Isabel Anne Irvine was born in Jan 14, 1770. She was the daughter of John Irvine and Anne Baillie. She passed away in 1812^[1]

Anne Irvine first married on April 13, 1786, Capt James Bulloch of the American Army, eldest son of Archibald Bulloch, president of Georgia. Anne Irvine married second James Powell of a prominent family in GA, but had no issue by him.^[2][3]

She had the following children by Capt James Bulloch:

2. James Stephens Bulloch abt 1793 m. 1st Hester Elliott, 2nd Martha Stewart

Note: Archibald Bulloch married Mary, daughter of honorable Col James de Veaux, Sr judge of Kings Court in GA. In 1760, and Anne daughter of Richard Fairchild, and Anne, daughter of Edmund Bellinger, first Landgrave or Earl of the name in SC,.^[2]
