If you find errors, have concerns about my additions or edits, PLEASE DO contact me! I have narcolepsy which causes brain fog. I want to be accurate and love learning. It’s a joy to find family connections and help anyone in any way I can. I inherited a family tree which was created prior to the internet. I'm working to find supporting sources, confirm, and preserve family stories from those who witnessed them. I need all the help I can get : ) !! Pam
Born in 1961, in a hospital in Sanford, Maine, the oldest child of Cynthia Ann (Johnson) Hutchins. Kennebunk, Maine was home. Our family had lived in Cape Porpoise, Kennebunkport and West Kennebunk as well.
The small communities of York County Maine had been the birth place of all my ancestors of "living memory."
I attended Kennebunk schools into 11th grade.
In 1977 my father's job caused the family to move to Augusta the capital of Maine.
I still yearn for a life within walking distance of the ocean.
I married my husband, from Waterville, Maine. We have one child; a son-in-law whom we love as our own. I am blessed!!

Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles! It’s very important to read and understand the Pre-1700 Profiles page. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.
Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile.

Let me add my thanks to Karen's reassurances. We really do appreciate you taking responsibility for Orphaned Profiles of your ancestors. This After Adopting Orphans FAQ explains the special attention adopted profiles will sometimes need from their profile managers. One quick way to find the profiles you adopted is by searching your Contributions List for the word "adopted" and "manager." You can find a quick link to your Contributions List in the My WikiTree dropdown menu.
If you will be working with any profiles needing GEDCOM cleanup, the AGC tool can help with formatting so that you can concentrate on the research. You can read more about it in the WikiTree AGC FAQ.
Let me know if you have any questions on how to find and record sources, merge duplicates, clean up GEDCOM biographies, and interpret the Suggestions report. I'm here to help!

Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile. The links will work from there.
