Biography

Ruth Howard was a member of the aristocracy in England.

She was the daughter of Sir Edward Stafford Howard and the Lady Rachel Anne Georgina Campbell.^[1]She was born on the 10th of December 1877,^[1]citing Birth Registration, Kensington, London, England.^[2]She was married twice, firstly to Gardner Sebastian Bazley, son of Sir Thomas Sebastian Bazley, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Gardner, on the 5th of January 1903.^[1]At Kensington, London, England.^[3]She married, secondly, Commander Francis Charles Cadogan, son of Captain Hon.
