Biography

He was the son of Henry Howard and Charlotte Caroline Georgina Long.^[1]He was born on the 28th of November 1851.^[1][2][3]He was educated at Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.^[1] He was married twice, firstly to the Lady Rachel Anne Georgina Campbell, daughter of John Frederick Vaughan Campbell of Cawdor, 2nd Earl Cawdor of Castlemartin and Sarah Mary Cavendish, on the 21st of September 1876.^[1][4]He married, secondly, Catherine Meriel Stepney, daughter of Sir Arthur Cowell Stepney, 2nd Bt., on the 21st of September 1911.^[1]At Dafen, Carmarthenshire, Wales.^[5][6]He died on the 8th of April 1916 at the age of 64,^[1]citing Death, St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^[7]
