Merge has been completed but her maiden name needs to be updated

Hi Barb,

Is fixing her maiden name something I need to do? I see there is some complicated way this needs to be done. David

Hi David:

yes, this is something only the profile manager can do. Open the profile in Edit mode. If you click on a link to the right of the field, Last name at birth, it will open a new page with the old name at the top, then the next field is where you would fill in Bowen, then the next field state the reason then save. Let me know if you're still havding issues updating this.

Thanks Barb

Davis-45944 and Bowen-1011 appear to represent the same person because: These appear to be the same to me. My Bowen 1011 was a "floater" on my import and she isn't attached to my line. There are some discrepancies in birth place.
