Nothing is known for certain of the ancestry of Abigail Haskins, or Haskings. She may be the Abigail Haskins who was born, out of wedlock, to Samuel Haskins and Hannah Haward at Beverly, Massachusetts, on 16 Mar 1714/15 and baptized there on 22 Jan 1716,[1] and who petitioned the Essex County Probate Court, at the age of 16 on 25 Apr 1731, that John Cleeves of Beverly by appointed as her guardian.[2]

Abigail Haskings, or Haskins, and Stephen Hutchinson, both of Salem, Massachusetts, married there on 22 Feb 1737/38.[3]

No record has been found of the death of Abigail (Haskings) Hutchinson.
