Biography

Laura Ann Grammer was born on 6 April 1873 in Missouri. She was the daughter of Josiah Pryor Grammer and Mary Francis Moore. ^[1][2]

Laura was married twice.

She first married John Todd on 11 November 1889 in Travis County, Texas, USA.^[3]

Laura and John had the following children:

1. Annie Todd b December 1892 Texas; m. Walter C. Pierson^[4][5]
2. Ione Todd b 6 January 1895 Austin, Texas d 7 October 1972 Austin, Texas; m ___ Seider^[6]
3. Jonnie F. Todd b January 1900 Texas ^[4] m. Lanham Clark

In 1900, Laura and John were living in Ward 7 of Austin, Travis, Texas, United States with their three children, Annie, Ione and Jonnie F.^[4]

In 1912, Laura was living at 1901 E. 20th, Austin, Texas. ^[7]

Laura married F. L. Taylor in 1931 in Travis County, Austin.^[8]

In 1940, Laura Taylor was living in Tract 14, Austin, Justice Precinct 3, Travis, Texas, United Stateswith her daughter, Ann (Todd) Pierson and her husband, Walter C Pierson. Also in the household was her granddaughter, Lauran Pierson.^[5]
