Rebecca Ford was born in 1764 in Georgetown, South Carolina, daughter of George Ford (1726–1775) and Ann Shaw (1729–1774).[1]
Rebecca (17) married Calvin Spencer (28) (born on September 23, 1753 in East Haddam, Hartford, Connecticut Colony; son of Samuel Spencer and Hannah (Hawley) Spencer) on August 22, 1782 in Santee, Orangeburg, South Carolina. Their children were:
Rebecca (41) married Thomas Powe (58) (born in 1747 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia; son of Marson Poe) on February 23, 1806 in Cheraw, Chesterfield.
In 1820, Rebecca (55) Pow was living in Chesterfield, South Carolina. [2]
Rebecca died on October 14, 1843 in Cheraw, Chesterfield, South Carolina, United States, aged 78. She was buried in Evans Family Cemetery, Chesterfield, Chesterfield County, South Carolina.[1]
