Biography

Pamela was born in 1876. She was the daughter of Fleet Admiral Jacky Arbuthnot Fisher and Frances Katharine Josepha Broughton. ^[1]

UK Census Date 1881: Living with her parents, two sisters, a visitor and three servants in Portsea, Hampshire, England. Aged 4.

She married Admiral Henry Blackett (son of John Charles Blackett and Emily Jane Cockcraft) on 14 July 1906 at St George, Hanover Square, Middlesex, England.^[2]

They had one daughter; Pamela Blackett (b. 3 Jul 1911)

She was awarded the Order of Chefekat 2nd Class.

UK Census Date 1911: Recorded in the household of her married sister Beatrice Neeld in Brokenborough, Wiltshire, England. Aged 34 and married.

Pamela passed away in 1949 at the age of about 73. ^[3]
