Emilie [Emaly] Dumas was born 1877, in Magnolia, Columbia County, Arkansas, to Jane Dumas and an unknown father. Five of Jane's children were identified in the Census for 1880, in the home of "Step-Father," Frank Dumas. Emilie was 3 years old at the time of the Census. Like all of her siblings, her parents were both born in Georgia. [1]
