Biography

Ann Dolan married Charles Casey and they emigrated to the US. Their children were: John, Margaret, Charles, Tom, Jimmy, and Francis. ^[1]

Ann Dolan Casey's first name spelling corrected to Anne (with an e) . She was 5th child in the birth order. Anne married a 'Casey', and had a big family. They ended up in Akron, Ohio. She had at least two children, Margaret and John Casey of Akron. (Children may have been: Frances, James, Charles, Margaret, John).^[2]Note: name registered at birth was Ann Dolan.

Kate Dolan McManus was not able to go to the States for many years and only saw her sister Anne once, as she was dying, although they kept up an active correspondence for many years, and we have photos of the Akron family as a consequence^[3]

Re Children: John married Anne, Charles married Marge, and Tom married Thelma. Somewhere a step-brother named Frank fits in.^[4]
