Biography
The daughter of George Dees and Martha (Stewart) Dees, Lettie Dees was born in Tippah County, Mississippi in 1849.[citation needed] She lived there with her family.[1][2] She married James A. Sing (1836-1909), marrying in DeSoto County, Mississippi on February 2,1880.[3] Their children included:
James Armstrong Sing (1884-1947)
George Sing (1883-1966)
Martha Elizabeth Sing (1885-1962)
Annie Belle Sing (1886-1930)
James Sing (1888-1967)
Maude Sing (1890-1957)
They made their home in DeSoto County, Mississippi.[4] She passed away there at the age of 58[citation needed] and is buried in an unmarked grave at Eudora Baptist Church Cemetery in Eudora, Mississippi.[5]
