Biography
Clifton was born about 1914. He is the son of Herbert Chafe and Ada Cormack. Clifton was living with his parents at St John's, Newfoundland in 1921.[1]
He passed away in 1991 at St John's, Newfoundland. He is buried in the Anglican Cemetery.[2]
