Elizabeth (Bybee) Smith was a Latter Day Saint pioneer.

Biography

When Elizabeth Jane Bybee was born on January 13, 1825[1][2], in Barren, Kentucky, her father, Byrum, was 25, and her mother, Betsy, was 23. She married Daniel Smith on July 4, 1844, in Nauvoo, Illinois[3] and had eleven children by him over the next twenty years[4]. She emigrated to Utah with her husband and other LDS pioneers in 1850[5][6], but then moved on to California shortly after 1860[7][8]. She later returned to Utah with a few of her children[9], and died there on November 13, 1909[10], having lived a long life of 84 years.

The DNA confirmation triangulation is invalid since Elizabeth (Bybee) Smith would not have been alive to take the Family Finder DNA test if she died in 1909.
