Biography
Elizabeth was born in 1826. She was the daughter of John Burgin and Elizabeth Lytle. She passed away in 1830.
Research Notes
John Burgin had 4 children by Elizabeth Lytle but only one survived childhood. Elizabeth Burgin was born July 9, 1826, died March 15, 1830.[1]
Peggy lists two sources for this family in her book:
- (1) Family records from the Prayer book of John Burgin, now in the possession of Meta Bigham, Morganton, N.C. (as of 1989 when book published).
- (2) Family records of Samuel D. Burgin as researched by Libby Goodnight of Mt. Holly N.C. (as of 1989 when book published).
