Biography

Rose was born March 14, 1910,^[1] probably in Jay, Elk, Pennsylvania, United States. Her parents were Ira Bresnick and Belle (Sykes) Bresnick.^[2]

In 1910, Rose (age 0) lived in Jay, Elk, Pennsylvania, United States with her father Ira (shown as Ike, age 33), mother Belle (age 29), and siblings Max (age 7), Sadie (age 5), and Sylvia (shown as Ruth, age 2). Her cousin, David B Sykes (age 16) also lived with the family.^[2]

In 1920, Rose (shown as Rosie, age 9) lived in Huston, Clearfield, Pennsylvania, United States with her father Ira (age 42), mother Belle (shown as Bell, age 39), and siblings Max (age 16), Sadie (age 15), Sylvia (age 12), Simmie (age 7), Samuel (age 6), and Donald (age 3). Rose was living in Northumberland, Pennsylvania, United States^[1] when she died Jan. 30, 1976. She was buried in the Congregation Beth El Cemetery in Northumberland, Pennsylvania, United States beneath a stone inscribed: DEVOTED MOTHER OF JOSEPH M & LINDA S".^[7]
